This melatonin is the best tasting and very efficacious. I always know when I buy from Equilife I’m getting the best of the best. My family loves to use it when we travel or are having some restlessness around bedtime. It also helps my daughter when she’s on steroids which ruins her sleep normally. She says it tastes like apple juice. Thank you for always making the best products.

I only use about 1/2 a dose and I sleep like a baby without waking up in the middle of the night. I can tell I’m getting my REM sleep when I take the melatonin.

Before I started taking Dr. Cabral‘s melatonin, I had so much trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I used to watch the clock all night and dreaded when it was time to go to bed every night. Now I fall right asleep. I still get up 2 times at night but the difference is now I can fall back asleep! Again life changing!!

I like that it is quickly absorbed. I use it nightly to help me fall asleep and get back to sleep when I wake up during the night. It has helped me tremendously, along with using calming magnesium.
