Full Spectrum Magnesium 2 capsules
1-2 Hours Before Bed: Magnesium Citrate Powder
- Mix 2-3 heaping teaspoons of powder into 8oz. of warm or hot water
- Mix with a spoon until powder is dissolved and the bubbles dissipate
Sleep Help Support
- Take 2-3 capsules while slowly sipping on your Magnesium Citrate Powder drink
- Use this supplement after taking your Magnesium Citrate Powder. Place 1 full dropper of our non-drowsy melatonin under your tongue & hold for 1-2 minutes, then swallow
- Try to shut down all electronics (TV, phone, etc.) 1-2 hours before bed
- Create a to-do list for the next day to get all your thoughts out of your head
- Dim the lights and read some light fiction while in bed Work on slowing and calming your breathing while breathing in and out through your nose
- Make sure your bedroom is pitch black (blackout curtains may help)
