You’re tired all the time, despite having a good night’s sleep…
You continually battle uncomfortable bloating, diarrhea and gas -- or your skin is constantly breaking out in unexplained rashes and dry patches.
If any of these perplexing health issues sound familiar, the real cause may surprise you -- because they are all symptoms of food sensitivities!
WHAT IS TESTED
This easy at-home lab test measures IgG food sensitivities, which is very different from the typical food allergy tests you may have tried before.
While typical food allergy tests search for severe, life-threatening or immediate food reactions, the IgG test ferrets out the foods that are causing hidden immune reactions 24-72 hours AFTER you eat the food.
Your Results Will Show:
Your IgG antibody reaction to 94 foods
- Foods include representatives from all major food groups
- Rates reaction on a scale: not-significant, low, moderate and high
- Also tests for Candida albicans
If you don’t test for food sensitivities and keep eating harmful foods that are causing a reaction, your body will rebel. When you unknowingly overtax your immune system more serious health issues are apt to follow.
This easy, at-home specialized test measures IgG antibodies that may be causing you and your loved ones’ sensitivities to a host of common foods.
DO YOU SUFFER FROM
- Fatigue Bloating and gas
- Headaches Joint pain
- Immune dysfunction
- Skin rashes
- Learning or memory difficulties
- Nasal congestion
- Poor mood
- Emotional imbalance
Remember, even if you eat a healthy diet you can still be reactive to certain foods. Perhaps you have sensitivities to eggs, whey, almonds, apples, chicken, lentils or gluten. This specialized at-home test looks at these common foods and more as well as candida.

Since this lab is testing for an IgG reaction, if you are on immunosuppressants the results will not be accurate and we do not recommend using this lab at this time.
When should I re-test for food sensitivity?
In general, we recommend retesting no sooner than 4 months after following the recommendations provided by your health coach. *If you have completed any gut-based protocol and are following with the CBO Finisher/Gut Rebuilding Protocol, we recommend testing after 3 months on the Gut Rebuilding protocol.
Can I take this test if I'm pregnant?
Yes, you can take this test if you're pregnant.
What should I do prior to my blood spot collection?
We highly recommend reading through all instructions thoroughly before planning the day of your collection to make sure you are prepared and don’t have additional questions.
A few tips:
-Hydrate with plenty of water (2-4 eight-ounce cups) a few hours prior to collection
-If there are certain foods you are specifically curious about testing, you can eat them 2-3 days prior to collection the sample (however, the test will still pick up other foods that have not been eaten)
How do I mail this sample back (US)?
Place all contents & forms back in the pre-paid envelope and call for pickup: 1-800-463-3339 (mention you have a prepaid overnight envelope). Do NOT put kits in a FedEx drop box.
