Continental United States Orders & Shipping

  • Shipping options for orders over $99
    • Free Ground Shipping (5-10 Business Days)
    • Upgraded Ground Shipping for $4.95 (3-5 Business Days)
  • Shipping options for orders $99 and under
    • USPS Flat Rate for $9.95 (5-10 Business Days)
    • Upgraded FedEx Ground for $12.95 (3-5 Business Days)
    • FedEx does not deliver to a P.O. Box. A physical street address is required.
  • Weekday orders placed before Noon (EST) are processed same-day
  • Certain free shipping exclusions apply for select Therasage products

Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico Orders & Shipping

Due to multi-week port delays, we are unable to send packages to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii using our standard shipping service.

We have negotiated favorable rates on behalf of our customers for 2nd Day Air to those locations and prices are quoted during checkout

APO/FPO/DPO Orders

We ship packages to military addresses at domestic prices, even if you’re sending mail overseas. These include: APO (Air/Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).

We ship to these addresses via USPS as our carrier. USPS processes these shipments similar to domestic mail, however, we cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Please be advised that it can take up to six weeks or in some cases longer to receive your order. Further, we are unable to provide tracking information on your order. The unique transportation and handling requirements for these addresses, including the necessity of some mail to go to remote and war-zone locations, cause these delays.

International Orders & Shipping

  • We ship supplements and protocols to the following countries:
    Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Romania, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

  • We ship at-home lab tests to the following countries:
    Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom

  • International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT), along with shipping charges will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. International taxes, tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT) costs are determined by each individual country. We have no control over these amounts and 100% of these costs are paid to the country. By collecting these funds up-front, your order will be expedited locally and delivered without interruption. You will not be required to pay any additional fees (no COD) at the time of order delivery.

  • Exact shipping charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the cart.

  • The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes EquiLife to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees EquiLife may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
