The supplement box is larger than the average size and can fit a lot of supplements per day. The only con for me is that I would prefer to have more separation/definitive space for AM vs. PM supplements. Therefore, you have to be able to easily identify each and every supplement, which gets tricky if some are similar in color. Overall, I'd recommend it for the convenience, size, etc.
